You may return an unused item in original condition within 30 days of delivery.
Who pays return postage
Buyer covers return postage for change-of-mind returns. We cover return postage (or send a replacement) if we shipped the wrong item or it arrived damaged / defective. Email photos of any damage within 7 days of delivery.
How to start a return
- Email kinov2027@gmail.com with your PayPal order ID and reason.
- We reply with the return address and next steps (usually within one business day).
- Ship the item, then send us the return tracking number.
- After we receive and check the item, we refund through PayPal to the original payment method.
Refunds
Refunds go back through PayPal. Processing usually shows in your PayPal activity within a few business days after we confirm receipt. PayPal purchase protection still applies as usual.
