What we collect
When you pay with PayPal we receive your name, email, shipping address, and payment confirmation from PayPal. If you email us, we keep that correspondence. We use this only to fulfill orders and answer support. We do not sell or rent this data.
Payments
Card and wallet details are handled by PayPal. We never see your full card number.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics (privacy-oriented, no advertising cookies) to understand aggregate traffic. First-party funnel events (page view, PayPal click, checkout) stay on our own Worker storage for operations.
Retention
Order records are kept as long as needed for fulfillment, accounting, and dispute resolution. Email us to request deletion of support correspondence where we are not legally required to keep it.
Refunds
Return and refund rules are on our Returns & refunds page.
